Business Development Representatives play a critical role in building out our Sales organization to drive revenue. You’ll be voice of the Akia brand to our potential customers. You will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers, and managing inbound and outbound of sales opportunities.

Solutions Engineers are engineers with a business mindset. You will work with our partners and customers to build out solutions that enable revenue. You will work closely with Account Executives to identify technology-blocking patterns among our accounts and work with clients to unblock them.

Marketing Associates will help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities. You will be focused on our presence through digital channels: email campaigns, SEO, blogging, and social media. Ultimately, you should help us achieve our business goals through building strong marketing campaigns and tracking those results.

Account Executives are, at heart, problem solvers for our customers. They are responsible for generating new net businesses and revenue, and providing the best sales experience by identifying customers' objectives, pain points, and translating them into a solution powered by Akia's platform.

Customer Success Specialists are in charge of delighting our customers and ensuring that they are successful at operationalizing Akia for their business. You will also be responsible for assisting and supporting our customers with product queries and troubleshooting.
