Habitue Homes runs around 50 vacation rentals with a small team that handles guest messages from the Philippines. Most questions are the same — Wi-Fi, door codes, directions — and each needs a fast, accurate reply day or night. The challenge was consistency: when replies come from multiple people and a different country, small differences in wording stack up across thousands of messages.

When a guest texts a question, Akia grabs Habitue Homes property’s details and drafts the full reply, so that the team member can quickly scan and approve the response.
