  • Time (example: 11 PM -  5 AM, the agent can take over when the front desk is closed or when no one is onsite)
  • Day of week (weekends vs weekdays)
  • Agent mode
    • Supervised: staff approves before sending
    • Agentic: replies & actions sent automatically
  • Capabilities (what the AI is allowed to do)
