• Using Figma to create low/high fidelity mockups, different design concepts and prototypes for our product team.
• Applying pixel-perfect, attention to detail to your designs while balancing speed.
• Brainstorming, collaborating, and experimenting with product and UX ideas with cross-functional teams.
• Translating qualitative insights and business needs from Akia’s customers to identify and prioritize opportunities for layout designs.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or a closely related field and five years of post-baccalaureate experience in the Product Designer position or a related occupation; or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or a closely related field and one year of post-baccalaureate experience in the Product Designer position or a related occupation.
• Experience must include at least one (1) year of experience using the following tools and systems: Experience with design systems and UI component libraries; Research and testing user personas, journeys, and flows.
• Understand responsive design principles.
• Write clear design documentation, specifications.
• Experience using design software, including each of the following: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

Salary Range: $129,000 to $159,000/year.
