We're rolling out a new booklet (previously, "compendium") builder with a new look, complete with the added ability to drag and drop elements and resize photos. Creating a digital booklet to highlight your property has never been easier.
Akia now supports multiple choice and free response answers and ratings on a scale of 1-10. Questions can be customized based on guest attributes, and more sophisticated reporting gives greater insight into the customer experience.
Customer Languages
Automatically set default languages for customers with different country codes. For example, German for the German country code (+49). Akia will interpret the phone number and translate all messages into the selected language.
